Good morning, Wycombe!

It’s the Wycombe Pulse. The local newsletter that is so ready to say goodbye to the seemingly never-ending month of January.

But anyway, there’s plenty of fun to be had in Wycombe this week:

  • Food truck night at the Walled Garden 🍔

  • A women’s circle in Hughenden 💁🏻‍♀️

  • Kids’ art and yoga workshop at the Museum 🧘🏻‍♀️

Plus live music, craft activities, quiz nights, ‘me time’ moments, kids’ events, walks, markets and much more.

Where to Watch the Six Nations 🏉

The Six Nations is one of the most exciting tournaments in the rugby calendar and definitely worth gathering with pals for a pint or 6 in one of our local haunts.

I’m sure this isn’t an exhaustive list — just a few of the places publicising that they’re broadcasting the fixtures.

At over 3,300 weekly readers, we’re getting serious about connecting Wycombe locals with the businesses and products that can help make their lives better.

We’ve just relaunched our website and put together a media kit for interested partners who want to team up with us and have some real local impact. We’re all about quality over quantity so we’ll just be releasing a limited number of partnership spots.

Any questions, feel free to reach out at [email protected] 😊

Where In Wycombe Am I?

Answer from 2 weeks ago: I was outside Wycombe Arts Centre on Desborough Road. It’s thought of by many as the centre of Wycombe’s creative community — there’s always loads going on, whether it’s a gig, theatre, fashion show, life drawing, photography lesson or exhibition. I love that they nod to the town’s rich furniture-making past with a series of chair paintings on their exterior walls, while nurturing the creative talent of the future.

Weather in Wycombe

I’m sure this rainy weather would be easier to manage without two children obsessed with muddy puddles.

I blame Peppa Pig.
