Did you know South Bucks is packed with links to early American history? The HWS American Trail is an 18-mile self-guided route connecting historic sites from Rickmansworth to West Wycombe — including Jordans’ Quaker Meeting House (resting place of William Penn) and Loakes Manor, where Benjamin Franklin once visited.

It’s a brilliant way to explore local heritage, enjoy the Chiltern countryside and uncover the surprising transatlantic stories woven into our towns and villages.

🔨 Wycombe Repair Cafe is on this Saturday 13th December in All Saints Church from 10am-1pm. Bring along any broken items and textiles for restoration and repair.

🎉 Refresh Wycombe Is Moving!

Great news — Refresh Wycombe is relocating to a new home at 16 Church Street (the old Collectibles unit).

They’ll close their current shop in the Chilterns on 21 Dec and plan to reopen in the new space on 13 Jan.

They’re looking for local volunteers to help with painting, packing, light DIY and moving days over Christmas and early January.
